As an artist, I want to create a space not limited by social boundaries, to show the world that art "doesn't need to be perfect, it needs to make you feel something". Will you join me?

I am announcing an "Open call" for the first edition of "The cure for society" 3D Virtual Art Exhibition. Everyone is invited to participate.

I want to use this space to promote as much as possible talented artists such as yourself get to know you and your story and create a friendly and inclusive artistic environment where we can grow and thrive together.

Have the opportunity to be the promotors of the first Virtual Art Exhibition in Romania

The exhibition will serve as a mean to promote the artists and make their work known to a broad audience

Useful information

Deadline for submissions is extended to December 3rd. Any artworks submitted after this date can be included in the exhibition without participating in the competition.
Be part of probably the first 3D Virtual Art Exhibition done in Romania
Only 20 artworks will be selected to be part of the virtual exhibition.
The winner is selected based on number of likes on social media received to the artworks.
You can submit at once up to 2 artworks per category.
The virtual exhibition will be live for two weeks, between December 17th-31st 2023. Details will follow once the participants are selected
We accept 2 submissions for each category: Artworks (non-digital, including but not limited to paintings, drawings, comics, sculptures); Photographs; Digital illustrations. One or more artworks from the same submitter can be selected.
Files must be less than 5 MB. Allowed file types: png jpg jpeg. Images must be at least 480x480 pixels. Images larger than 5000x5000 pixels will be resized.
All the selected participants will be individually promoted on social media.
All potential buyers for the original artworks of those submitted for the Virtual Exhibition will be redirected to connect with the artists. If a sale is concluded due to the participation on the exhibition, all sales goes to the artist.
There is a registration fee of 100 RON (20 EUR). As this is a non-sponsored initiative, the money will be used to partially cover the platform and execution costs as well as promotional materials of the virtual exhibition and of the artists. Additional costs are supported by MD Antidtot. In case you want to participate as a sponsor feel free to reach out
The prize might increase in value if sponsors are to be found in due time. The cash prize will be granted if a minimum of 10 artists apply
The registration fee is non-refundable. Registering for the open call does not guarantee the participation to the Virtual Exhibition.
