General Terms and Conditions for "The Cure for Society" Art Magazine
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation of artists and the use of artworks and submissions in the "The Cure for Society" Art Magazine ("Magazine") hosted by MD Antidtot ("Organizer"). By submitting your artworks and articles/texts and participating in the Magazine, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Submission of Artworks
1.1. Eligibility: Artists must be at least 18 years of age to submit artwork to the Exhibition.
1.2. Artwork Submission: Artists must submit their artwork electronically to the Organizer through the designated submission process on this website.
1.3. Ownership and Rights: Artists represent and warrant that they are the sole owner of the submitted artworks and text submissions and have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to display, reproduce, and distribute the artwork and text submissions as part of the Magazine.
1.4. Infringement and Violations: Any submission found to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyright, trademark, or any other rights of a third party may be disqualified from the Magazine without notice, and the artist/submitter will be solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from such infringement.
2. Copyright and Usage Rights
2.1. Copyright: Artists retain all copyright and intellectual property rights to their submitted artwork/texts. However, by participating in the Magazine, artists grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute the artwork for promotional purposes related to the Magazine.
2.2. Use of Artworks/Texts: The Organizer will only use the artworks for the purposes directly related to the Magazine, which is to offer a platform for artists and creators to promote themselves and the work they do. By submitting your artwork/texts you understand and agree that you will not receive any remuneration from the sold copies of the Magazine, other then the mentioned Awards (if you are one of the winners)
3. Privacy and Data Protection
3.1. Data Collection: The Organizer may collect and process personal information provided by artists for the purpose of managing the Magazine. Artists consent to the collection and use of their personal data for this purpose.
3.2. Data Security: The Organizer will take reasonable measures to safeguard artists' personal data and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or for the purpose of the Magazine.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1. Respect: Artists are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner when addressing to staff members, sponsors, other artists and customers on topics related to the Magazine. Any behavior that is discriminatory, offensive, or harmful to others will not be tolerated.
4.2. Compliance: Artists must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when submitting artwork and participating in the Magazine. Any violation may result in disqualification.
5. Liability and Indemnification
5.1. Liability: The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of submitted artwork/texts. Artists participate in the Magazine at their own risk.
5.2. Artists agree to hold the Organizer harmless from claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the Magazine, including any infringement of third-party rights.
6. Termination
6.1. Termination: The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the Magazine at any time and for any reason without liability.
By submitting artwork/text to the Magazine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in disqualification from the Magazine.
